All I was trying to do is point out the limits of the search on here, which, it would appear, you also found.

It's a poor show when you get better results from a general "site:" search than you do with the built in search.

Not true, I phoned them up to resolve an issue where - because of something TalkTalk had done - I couldn't get incoming calls.

I've been with them twice on the rolling monthly contract, no issues - their customer service call centre is in Northern Ireland, so UK based which in my opinion is a big plus.

In fairness, reporting a broadband fault was as easy as logging in to �my account�, running a line test, and once it failed, the site just gives the button to book an engineer - and he came the very next morning. The downside - engineer is booked ASAP and no way to choose date/time is offered.
Speed wise, I don�t think they�re limiting bandwidth in any way. They�ve got to run a TV service down that broadband connection, after all.

they were pretty helpful tbh

also they are not that cheap either

about the same as plusnet for the up to 76mbps service
