Like you I find Vodafone somewhat lacking in customer care, but tbh I have yet to find an ISP that is good in that department, although Plusnet did try.

Latest news - Durkan civils are running new ducting up my street now, for Grain. So when the time comes I should be spoilt for choice with some very competitive deals.
