Is there a Toob Rep on TBB that could help?

Dear Toob Rep, I'm getting very bad packet loss, reducing my single thread ( usual / normal ) download speeds to sometimes as low as 10 to 40 Mbps at times while having a 900 Mbps broadband...

While using an app to trace the root cause, I have found two nodes / routes that show in excess of 25 % packet loss at times, during off peak times...

Please could a Toob rep help ?

Not a toob rep, but a toob customer and would be interested to understand how you've established the packet loss, and where in the network it shows.

Are you able to share your analysis please?

Worth also looking at ISPreview forums as Toob users in Southampton area have complained about issues.

I was following an Australian guys advice on YouTube about finding if there's packet loss using an app he recommend and so I was using that. However it turns out, he didn't explain some things that were essential to know about it all. So I misinterpreted the results it gave, without knowing what needed to be known in advance...

However, whatever the issue is, toob still need to sort it out for others it may effect too...

It would be good to have a toob Rep monitoring the forums here, ISPreview forums and have their own forums too...
