They have announced static IP!

£6 a month. Good price?

Anyone signed up to it yet?

Unless they’re giving you a /29. Run.

Just last week I got offered $1 a month (one US dollar) for a fixed IP4 number, for hosting on a server in the US.

I understood that this market for IP4 numbers had peaked.

Maybe £6 a month is good for your peace of mind, but I certainly couldn't agree that it's value for money.

A slightly cheaper option might be to get a domain from Cloudfare and use their DDNS service.

Not sure that will help much on CGNAT.
Tailscale and similar doesn't need to know an IP address to establish a connection which is why it is ideal for this scenario.
