Welcome to the forum, thanks for joining today smile

You've done a very professional and timely post considering the recent conversation here about this ISP, not sure if thats a coincident or not.

I look forward to you being a regular contributor here and this post doesn't turn out to be a one off driven by a different agenda.

I've got a lot of love for Aquiss too, took a cityfibre line in May last year. The first year cost is very competitive and a steal for the level of performance and support you get. I love at the end of the short 12 month contract the price doesn't jump up and you don't need to re contract. No anual price rises either. Perfect.

It's been solid so no need to contact support for any problems but I did recently upgrade the speed when XGS-PON became available, was all done through a support ticket quickly and efficiently. Can see me staying a while, can't fault them so far. Their office is quite local to me too so nice to support a local family run business. IMO they deserve all the credit and some. I have no problem recommending them, they are spot on.

I also think they deserve their own forum section.

There aren't enough posts to make it worthwhile - generally only the large ISPs these days have them (apart from maybe a few that are historical or that used to have more activity).

Good timing for this post indeed.
I've just migrated from BT to Aquiss and it was a very pain free experience. Switch over day came and went without any interruption.
I did have some issues at the start, which after discussing with support, it turned out to be an issue with my router.
I can say the difference between Aquiss support and BT is day and night, and I don't mind paying the slightly higher costs for such service.
All in all, well done Aquiss.

My service was top level from Aquiss SoGEA 80/20 since last December 2024. Got first issues as it was sorted out straight away to bring Openreach engineer to make sure SoGfast removed from the line card jumper at the cabinet to connect SoGEA. As my line was ceased by UnchainedISP to disconnected SoGfast and order SoGEA from Aquiss where the problem is on SoGfast still left at the cabinet. Since resolved the SoGEA was stable since December 28th 2024, full sync 80/20 and 6 months half price.

Well done Aquiss for top level of support.

Not really fella, I thought it was loud and clear and had everything you needed to work it out as long as you read the whole post.
