If I was thinking about moving to a new ISP, I would pay more attention to posts about things going wrong and the ISP’s response/management, than I would to posts about seamless installations. The latter is the norm for most installations/migrations irrespective of the choice of ISP.

Aquiss is indeed a very good ISP, and one that communicates well when things go awry (often for reasons outwith the ISP’s direct control). As far as the billing portal is concerned, I confess that in the years that I have been with Aquiss, I have looked at it once. The monthly billing emails contain all the information that I need.

I was with Aquiss on an FTTC service in 2016 (I can still see the old tickets from back then in their support portal) and apart from some issues with the connection they were great. Martin was always spot on with the support.

So when the time came to move ISP's who did I consider 1st.. Aquiss.

I did look at other providers but over all the offer at time was the best one.

Yes they should have their own section i see many others do.

TBH I did ask about this years ago, and I think the answer was there was not enough posts to make it worth the effort to have one added.

They seem to cope well enough on here smile

Aquiss was the best offer for 50% half price for 6 months is a win win for me, but if UnchainedISP did offer this, I probably stayed with them.
