Free Dialup during fault

I have just submitted a fault report because I have been experiencing random loss of SNR and thus sync since 4pm tonight. After completing the extended questions part of the fault tool, I was very surprised, and pleased, to see that the free dialup is automatically activated by the script...and before the faults script does its job. I half expected this to be a manual process performed by support, or if automatic that it would take hours to enable. The few minutes it took is very good indeed.
It is just a shame that I don't need to dialup as I do have sync and my fault is intermittant.
