Really poor speeds this afternoon

Anyone else noticed a really bad drop in speeds this afternoon? I was trying to download a couple of apps over HTTP and was only getting 20 KB/Sec, so I ran this speedtest:

Cheers. Must be a prob with ptn-ag1. I can't seem to get off it though.
Will raise a ticket (again).

Because you are LLU'd and it only uses ptn-ag1, no matter what you do your connection will always use that gateway.

Don't tell me every single LLU customer is on one gatway? :/

But that's been an ongoing issue since migration.....
