A load of waffle, 50% percent true, at best.

Plusnet are more interested in their awards and achievements and relations with BT and ellacoya.

I do not believe Plusnet's figures.

Back in 28 August I had an open Plustalk ticket that had then been open for over three months but this does not feature in their 28 August figures.

I confirm LLU stability as my router reports its been connected continously for 25 days.

Plusnet lost the plot six months ago and I am not yet convinced the position has changed. I am still contemplating a move of both my Plusnet accounts to Be ISP in the next three months.

Damned if you tell lies, certainly. There are plenty of people who have posted here over the summer to complain about response times well in excess of 3 days. And if they are prepared to lie about one stat, the rest must be taken with a pinch of salt.

Anyway, they pick and choose the stats to suit themselves. Why not chart things like:

- Number of people migrated to LLU without warning
- Number of LLU migrants left without any usable connection for more than a week
- Number of refunds given
- Number of LLU migrants moved back to IPStream free of charge
- Number of customers overcharged when requesting a MAC key
- Average peak-time/off-peak download speed on 8Mbps connection
- Number of PlusNet/platform faults
- Number of 1-month contracts converted to 12-month contracts

Their August 28th stat I think you're referring to is "Oldest (untouched) CSC Ticket (Main Pool)" ... I guess your ticket had had some form of reply - although hadn't been resolved?

I would like to propose Plusnet for the Bovine Crapitus award 2005 / 2006.

I am sure it would be a no contest, and probably more honestly won than any of their previous awards.

Number of customers thrown off
Number of customers threatened with litigation
Number of disillusioned ex-customers
