it's only today that i've realised that this particular mailbox has recived no email since the 16th, and i've been waiting on comfirmaion on some orers, it sends fine, but even on a reply to, nothing is coming in, no bounces, no ndr's - 21972709 thanks in advance

Thanks for looking at that Mand, though i must admit, i've made no changes that i'm aware of and all this alias business makes little or not sense to me at all, i've just created a new alias and called info, then directed anyting from sales to go to that, but i like many others am very confused, how long does take to kick in before i see mail and will pick al the mail thats not been showing since the 16th, Oh and another thing, this catch all stuff, someone on this formum said turn it off and raise a ticket to have a mailbox blackholled, agian i'm affaid it dont fully understand it, but as it stands i'm getting 30 to 40 spams an hour, should i turn this catch all thing back on again?

this alias thing, when you create a new one, you have put a name in the box then is says followed by @datastreams.plus.com or @yourdomain.co.uk
i've put my designated name followed by domain name, then selected the where i want it to point to but all i get is an error msg "Invalid name, please read the instructions below" are you supposed to put your entire address in that top box or just the bit that preceeds the @yourmailbox.co.uk

The bit that proceeds the @domain.

So what you enter and what appears next to the box makes up the full email address.
