Todays gold star goes to Many B in support (sorry dont take the gold star the same way as McDonalds employee would), i logged a ticket last night, late it was, but after a thread in here this morning, Mand gave me an explenation, and TBO i was still a little confused, but credit where its due, withouth warning or notice, she called, yes by phone and went through things to sort my issues out and explain further.
So, i know we give them a hard time some or most of the time, but think in futrue, before setting off on a major rant, if you ask nicely, you'll no doubt get help, if your abusive, you'll get no where.
