Now then, time for a bit of posative feedback

Many users here moan for one reason or another at +net, or its support, or its ..... forums by their nature, tend to hightlight either faults or problems and you'll rarely hear praise, this true of most isp here at adslguide, they all take stick, sometime with justification (email probs for + is a good example) but i'd like to set the record straight, or at least give praise when i thinks its due.
Todays gold star goes to Many B in support (sorry dont take the gold star the same way as McDonalds employee would), i logged a ticket last night, late it was, but after a thread in here this morning, Mand gave me an explenation, and TBO i was still a little confused, but credit where its due, withouth warning or notice, she called, yes by phone and went through things to sort my issues out and explain further.

So, i know we give them a hard time some or most of the time, but think in futrue, before setting off on a major rant, if you ask nicely, you'll no doubt get help, if your abusive, you'll get no where.
