Raising a ticket via the Portal

Any chance that the current method can be changed?

Unless you're in the habit of raising tickets these days, it takes a few minutes to work out where to click.

It's just like sending an email but you can view the progress on the website.




...isn't enough, especially when the text is dark grey and the clickable text is purple. How about making the clickable text red and bold? Oh and perhaps if you add a raise ticket option to the main support page for those who know better?

The idea is to follow the help assistant in the first instance though. This way, if a ticket is raised from one of the responses there, it goes to the correct pool straight away.

Not that I know of, but I haven't been around much recently. Just checking in to PUG and TBB now but will be gone again shortly....life is way too hectic atm.
