Why would you have that take on it?

Do you think asking questions infers guilt?

I think you need answers (or at times lack of answers) to decide is something has been dishonest.

Because I've seen those sort of questions asked before elsewhere and I'm afraid they are usually asked with intent to cause mischief, although I do accept its probably not your intent.

If plusnet choose to reply about the process, it has the potential to turn into yet another points scoring exercise, I can almost read the comment now......'well they didn't use an independent person it must be bent'....'I wonder if they are related to someone in plusnet'

If plusnet choose not to reply, either because they don't hang off ever post written here i.ie they never read it or they are concern about the above, then again there is potentially no smoke without fire, an open organisation would tell us 'the great and good' on this forum the truth and we enter into another points scoring exercise.

We seem to be heading back to vendetta city again

Nowhere in your post that would make you think the PlusNet used an independent person.

I don't know if they did or didn't, that's why I asked the questions.
But it looks like you make up your mind they never, or do you know?

I did say I can almost read the comments ! whether they used an independent person or not makes very little difference to that type of draw, one which has certain terms to enter but is free. Perhaps plusnet went the extra mile and got someone outside of the company to draw the name. It doesn't actually matter, but do you seen my view point about taking that line of questioning it has the potential to turn into a points scoring event again

I think there will aways be jokes, eg the bosses brother won it etc.
But as long it open and honest, then it's just jokes.

I think you're being unfair. To my reading of the terms of the draw, which do, incidentally, state that the draw was made by an independent person as required, i understand that they only breach the relevant acts once, which isn't that bad for plusnet.
