plusnet webmail and community site down?

Is anyone else having problems accessing the plusnet webmail or community site? I can get to their main site and portal but needed to check my mail from work (for work reasons) but cannot get to the webmail, or to the community site to report the problem there.

I've just posted an update to service status about this here:-

Basically it's something we are aware of and are working to fix.

Am I correct to think that these problems also affect POP3/SMTP email?
I have been unable to send or receive email via my PlusNet account since about 9 this morning.

Yep, email was included on the service status posting.

why is it that there is no mention on service status when the problem has existed for more than 2 hours?
It should be flagged up as soon as it is know, then I would not have had to raise a question.

Service status was posted shortly after 9am this morning?
