I'm on the small biz account (premier). Anyhow - how does the free domain work.

As in.

How long is the domain "free" for..? ie is it free for the time your with PN
What happens if you move away from PN?
how does one order a free PN domain?

Sorry but none of the above questions seem to be answered on the PN website
