1. If you are signed up for an 18 month contract but you are unhappy with the service, what happens?
2. In a change of circumstances (loss of job for example) could users move to a lesser package without incurring additional expense or contract length?
3. Would an existing PN customer signing up for 18 months get a free router too, or could this be offset against something (e.g. £2 loyalty credit per month)?
4. When exchanges change status (e.g. move from 2 to 3) would the cheaper cost be automatically passed on?
5. Would ADSL2+ automatically be put onto existing connections when available on an exchange and the trials are over?
And reading the posts from various people, how about a serious thought about these (one I mentioned above):
1. A 30 day money back guarantee? That would at least give some warm cuddly feelings back
2. Existing, or even new customers who DONT want a new router get a monthly discount off the bill?
FINALLY managed to get ADSL on 4th November 2003!!!!!!! HURRAR!!!!!!!!
