With all these 18 month contracts tying everybody in, I can see a big "Phorm" brewing.

Just to add to the debate I came across the 'New' packages today and pointed them out to a friend who is also with PN. His immediate reaction was why PN hadn't directly offered this upgrade to current users. My reply, without prompt from here I might add, was that it the ' new customers only' syndrome and that existing ones are not, it would seem, valued.
Being a market 3 customer I went ahead and with the help from this forum and after1.1/2 hrs of frustration trying to follow links, I think i eventually switched, though I.am not sure if I managed to get a 12 month contract or not.
It was only on second looks I saw the contract information, and it was only in retrospect I realised that I no longer had the benefit of unlimited nighttime bandwidth. Not that that is a problem, but it is another wrinkle that is not highlighted in the switchover process. My faith in PN is a little shaken, I have to say.
Just my thoughts.
Rob

You need to raise a ticket to get your contract term reduced to 12 months. The sign-up process will put you on an 18 month contract by default.

Thanks Wheel_Nut- I actually raised two tickets in the end. On off my own bat, and then one following the links from here. That should confuse them. I will have to await the customer service reply. In addition to my previous post I now see, on looking AGAIN, that the unlimited night time download still applies. My mistake.
Cheers, Rob

In reply to a post by knome:

Why do you think that? AFAIK all of the new products still include this
