Well my mum raised a ticket and they've come back saying the same old [censored] there's no faults ect,yet looking around the net there's loads of people having the same problems with dns errors.Well i think it's time alot of people left plusnet as they never give you an honest answer to any questions raised with them,even tho there support guys are saying there's problems on there forums.

I need to know whether the problem is a connectivity one or whether it's DNS in general.

Never had these probs on Sky Unlimited.

Who are you calling a buffoon you jumped up prat,have every right in saying what i did plenty of posts on here regarding dns problems and even on there own forums if you look.Regards to sky forums,why would i be posting on there if i don't have sky and none of my family/mates have it.I think you should choose yours words more carefully next time you decide to jump on someone's topic there's just no need at all,do you work for plusnet and worried in case people leave
