Reason being that a CS member I spoke to on phone told me to arrage my house move online via the Portal and that there was a section to put my Simultaneous Order number in. There wasn't so I have added it to the Ticket that was auto-generated by the house move.
Just want to make sure it has been added to the house move order so my Broadband goes live again same day as new number in new house and I don't get any outage (or a minimum amount anyway
