Can a cancellation be stopped

Can anyone tell me, whether once a cancellation request has been put in can it be stopped?

I also requested cancellation of my BT line can this be stopped also? (is due to cease on 23rd November)

I was due to move abroad now it looks like this may be put on hold until a least after christmas.

I think it's probably too late, you could post on the plusnet community forum you may get a quicker response there but as it's Friday night I doubt it

You should be able to cancel the cease on the BT line...

Broadband might be possible depending on the status.. but without knowing that it'll be hard to say.

Try posting on the Community forum or PM Bob Pullen who was active there earlier this evening. You could also try calling 0114-296-5198 where tou should get the 24 Hour support desk.

The answer is yes! Rang PlusNet today and spoke (as usual) to a very helpful chap who stopped it going through. It was actually due to be actioned today (how lucky was that!). I then phoned BT and asked for the cease to be cancelled. Got them to confirm it, just in case.
