Trying to migrate to Plusnet..

Tried to migrate over to Plusnet yesterday, but their website appears to be broken - wouldn't give me the option of entering a MAC code.

I finished the application and sent them a ticket with the MAC in it, but have heard zilch since.

How long do they normally take to respond to a ticket?

Not filling me with confidence and wonder if I'm making a mistake here...
