3 days ago i posted a new ticket on the plusnet ticket system, about the problems i am having which i posted in this thread: http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/technical/f/3791922... - After posting the ticket, it said the average response time is just over 2 hours...
After waiting 24 hours, i had no reply, so i rang the business support line, and in all fairness someone answered the call straight away. He noticed that i already had a ticket open, and opened a new one, did some line tests, and took some details, and said he would look into it and post more information to the ticket.
Its now been 3 days since my original ticket, and 48 hours since i rang them, and i haven't had anything back.... surely support shouldn't take this long.
Since im on a business account, i am tied into a long contract. Is there anyway i can get out of this contract given that my isp is doing nothing to help me with the problems i am having?
