usage recording

Hi ,
I moved to Plusnet value around 3 weeks ago, today when I checked my usage it is showing zero useage for the last 5 days, usage before that seems to be about right but does show a higher usage than I previously recorded with MAAF (my daily usage is fairly consistent) which I assume is because Plusnet are measuring up and down. Any suggestions as to what might have stopped my usage registering?

That sounds wrong (assuming that you have been using the connection!), so I would be inclined to raise a ticket to report this. I just checked and mine looks normal.
Does it even show any "Free Usage"?
