After all of your assurances Matt the account is still not upgraded. Exactly how do I get the upgrade on this account that was ordered through the website over a month ago? This is getting to be beyond a joke - I did the upgrade through the proper route, confirmed it would happen with you and it didn't go ahead. You then assured me it would go through this month and according to the portal the account still has not upgraded.
The account should be costing £5.99 per month for 3 months but as the upgrade still hasn't gone through it is costing more than that (last month it will have incurred the additional charge for extra bandwidth as well). Please, please tell me how I go about getting this sorted as I am fed up with having to keep an eye on this account due to the upgrades never happening.
