Hi Adam,

I've had a look and the ticket's been responded to - essentially we need to get a fault raised in order to get any kind of repair work done on a line. If there is a fault present then we'll certainly push to get this done for you, but the line profile looks correct and I can't see any kind of intermittent drops on there.

It is ongoing alumininum cable degrading with a new 100 pair copper laid to the industrial estate last year

Openreach said if it go worse then ask for it to be pair swapped

Bob was on the case on this for me and I was put onto fixed 200o last year but when another line was installed the new line is on the copper and syncs around 4000 the alu cable has degraded even more and I cannot sysn above 2272 now yet had a solid 2000 ip profile for several years until, the cable got worse.
