Was previously on Sky Connect and their router connected at just over 7Mb with a 6db SNR, the PN supplied router has always had SNR of 13+db and connection speed similar to above. It's always been a pretty stable line too and connecting to master socket makes no difference. We are roughly half what we had with sky and have done for the 3-4 months we've been back with PN.
I queried this with PN support who said changing the SNR with BT was something they couldn't do.
Would a different router help? I don't have a spare to try though.
Our exchange has a date of 31st March for changeover to WBC so I could see a change once we are moved over.
