Am now with Plusnet FTTC and have been thinking about moving.
Have looked at Idnet-Uno-Cloudscape and on each site entered phone number to see what is available.
When I tried Uno it showed " There is currently a cease order in progress on the line currently which will prevent any new orders being placed."
I had not contacted any of these Providers but had only Browsed their sites.
I realise the problems which could be caused by an unwanted cease on the line so I tried BT availability checker and it stated --"There is currently a Broadband cease pending or in progress against this line. This cease is due to complete by 26th August 2016."
Then Contacted Plusnet Chat Line and explained situation to them but they assured me there is no Cease On my line.
Is this OK or should I be worried?
