So I hope to get some help in here.

Where on earth does one raise a question these days?

I see "My Questions", and plenty of anticipated ones, but nothing saying "Raise a Ticket" or "Ask a question".

Perhaps it would be easier to pop the Raise a Ticket option back on the front page?

Hopefully someone will come up with a better answer but the trick seems to be to follow the links for whatever type of problem you have. When a possible solution pops up, the main window changes to ask if this resolves the problem or if you want to ask the team. This is when you can log a ticket.

Daft I know. Hopefully someone has a quicker route.

Most Questions can be answered online without the need to get in touch with us. Use the Help Assistant

Tried the phone number (0845) and I got 2 mins of diatribe, which gets quieter and quieter. Do the quiet speakers get the jobs on the phones?

We don't have an email address that you can use to contact the Support Team. We don't believe that email is secure or accountable enough to use as a help and support tool. Instead, we have an online tool called the Help Assistant.

That's a great help. The reason for not using it is complete hogwash. Hogwash!

What a silly system. I appreciate they want to reduce the number of tickets by encouraging folk to self-help, but if you know that the answer won't be in the self-help......
