I take it this is the correct address to write to for PlusNet - PlusNet, PO Box 3704, Terry Street, Sheffield, S9 2WL.
Just that they don't seem to respond to letters either, so its not just tickets, sorry questions they ignore for days.

Check the T&Cs as they usually mention it.. If not use the registered office:

It's the same place. I believe you can't "register" a company at a PO BOX address, hence the registered company resides at Technology Building, not the PO BOX

Though it's likely that the PO box mail is treated with less care than the other mail, at a guess.

Not AFAIK ...

Yes, but which one are we meant to write to? Our T&C's have one address, and the contact page has another. Doesn't matter if they go to the same place or not - fact is the two sets of details don't tie up, so which one should be used?

Since they advertise both, it would be reasonable for you to expect them to respond to either.
My advice would be to use the address that they give you for contact purposes. The address in the T&Cs is only there for the purpose of *clearly* identifying the business with which you have a contract.

Well they have not responded to the PO Box, hence the reason I was asking.
Took PlusNet to the small claims court and got no response from them. Judgement issued in my favour from the court. Nice one.
