Due to no response from PlusNet the court stated that my judgment request was accepted. The order has been sent to the Defendant on 17/08/06.

So now I just have to wait and see if PlusNet will respond to that.

Took PlusNet to the small claims court and got no response from them. Judgement issued in my favour from the court. Nice one.

What was your claim and what judgement did you get?

Congratulations, I think it is the first case to go to court.

Even if they do respond now they will need a very good excuse to set judgement aside. Even it is set aside the chance of them winning are next to impossible.

I'm asking this out of curiosity, I don't use Plusnet and it's not intended to "stir things up" but what did you actually have to do by means of proof that they had acted dishonestly or owed you money or whatever they were found ruled against on?

cheers,
Paul

He got judgement by default because PN didn't reply in time as such no proof was required.

As to proof you will need the T&C, your payment history and any communication via email, tickets and/or the posts on a forum.

Just put into writing what my issue was and submitted it with the court fee and what amount I was claiming for. PlusNet then get 14 days to respond.

Took PlusNet to the small claims court and got no response from them. Judgement issued in my favour from the court. Nice one.

Because of this judgement does that mean the floodgates are now open for any plusnet customers to follow suit regarding over-payment?
