BT Wholesale Page Issue

My parents in-law are intermittently getting the green BT Wholesale page and have been for the last few days when trying to access various websites.

Heres a small example of the BT Wholesale page they're getting:

You have been connected to this page due to one of the following reasons. You must now shut down your browser and Internet applications before attempting to reconnect.

I had that message during the recent Telehouse power outage. You may need to reboot your router, so that it refreshes the DNS details back to plusnet. That was what worked for me anyhow.
