bottom-feeder: Maybe you should start a new thread here to complain about it like I did. The more people who make this sort of thing public, the more they'll be forced to change. Good luck getting it sorted.

Well I did finally get my refund come through on the 29th August. However, guess what? They took it back again the very same day!!! They did, however, give it back to me the next day. I wonder how long it'll be before they take that back?

Geoff.

Best would be to send them a ticket informing them that all payment details against your account to be removed immediately. Once done you should be OK. In fact ask them to remove your details from the system and not to put you on the PAYG account unless you want to use it or the existing PN supplied email addy.

"One thing that these guys (other ISPs) all have in common is their complete inability in being able to manage a network, which is something that we are totally transparent on and also do totally effectively." Marco Potesta (Director of Marketing, PN) claimed.

rsharma - I was going to do that when I closed the ticket, but decided I wouldn't bother. Maybe I will ask them now though if they'll close my account completely. Cheers mate,
Geoff.
