My brothers have reported no issues and I'm sure they'd be screaming at me if they were having problems :-)

I would have thought as a PUG member, you wouild have reacted to a customer request for help and checked direct with PN.

That`s typical. It was not intended to be funny. Some of your colleagues who appear to be a part of PUG for the benefit of the customer have actually asked questions on behalf of customers.

However it appears you have a different agenda, so be it.
