Footys, if staff routinely blame individuals for the failings of the Company is it not a sign of denial within Senior Management?. It is interesting to note from Ian Wilds announcement recently that he appears to be happy with the new structure of the Company. Also that he appears to be happy with the Management personel, calling them, "True Plusnetters". So we can expect things to improve then.

If things don`t improve it will be interesting to see who will be a scapegoat, who will turn on them and which Senior Management stay employed.

BTW you really should not believe all that is said or that there is a gang mentality or some sort of conspiracy against PN because I certainly don't communicate privately with the people mentioned to plan the demise of PN or even what the topic of discussion is going to be. Hence why I can't speak for them.

I wouldn't be surprised if you did think or feel it but it just doesn't happen, in fact I know them as well as I know you i.e. not well at all.
