Whilst wingco1 has been ticked off both by the mods and Plusnet users on occasion for trolling or unnecessary attacks, it seems to me that this time he has raised a perfectly valid point, and the attacks have been made by Plusnet users.

Maybe you can explain what the point is then Bill. It's lost one me. Seems to me he's blaming Plusnet for employing someone they shouldn't have.

I wonder if there's a company with more than five staff that has never experienced the same issue.

I'd assumed you'd read the whole thread....

So can I also see a copy of Plusnet's procedure?

Sorry, but being pedantic while not always enjoyable is always worth it in the this section of the forum.


It's just that Wingco says that someone says that the engineer did, which the procedure states. I've seen nothing but Wingco's bit, and will happily applaud him, if he's right, but will await the facts from others too if that's ok with you.
