Thanks for your opinon re informing people I've referred. I think I will tell them. If they're not having problems at the moment then at least there's a chance that they can move seamlessly if they wish to and can get a mac code. They would at least be spared the hell that I've been in over the summer (shared, I gather, with many many other customers).

And I predict Plusnet will be out of business shortly after that.
