All depends on if those who would aim to put the Plusnet reps in a corner in here, when a lot of them are clearly unable to deal with certain questions, either through orders or no authorisation/knowledge.
While Plusnet as a company deserve being criticised for things like the e-mail failure, and the usual other gripes, repetitive asking of the same questions when no answer will be given is not only pointless, but it removes the very people (representing the company) that we would like to able to ask or criticise.
Many of the customers have taken their Plusnet experience personally. Some of them may have good reason, and assuming they can rectify or resolve the issue, they should do so, but harassing individuals achieves nothing positive.
So that's my opinion. I'd be delighted to keep the peace, but take note that I don't ever start the inflammatory thread, and if I disagree with one, I'll voice my opinion.
