Poor Speeds and Timeouts

is anybody experiencing these?

i connect to MTA (multitheft auto) a multiplayer mod for gta most of the time and when connected to this my connection might throughput 10KB/s down, msn stays connected, xfire stays connected, outlook times out, http times out, pings time out and obviously trace routes time out

its only being happening the last few days, i disconnected a few times because i thought my connection might need resetting and rebooted my router to make sure and now i connect at 7904 instead of 8192 and if i want to use my connection properly i have to close mta (remember, its only using about 10KB/s and my ping is about 400 on it)


i have used over 60% of my monthly allowance, no restriction yet

just connected to msn there, pings used to be around 30 back in the day, but back in the day was about 2 months ago
