Questions for IW

Seems as we have now started the subject of improvements, IW has agreed to give me a few hours next week to go through all the questions that people send me.

Please list genuinely your concerns on here, and please keep it on topic.

This way i can give a list of questions to IW to truthfully answer, I promise that i will ask them for whoever posts, and i also promise that I will post the genuine answers that I receive.

This is an oppurtunity to get genuine answers, and those who are aggrieved at Plusnet have an oppurtunity to get truthful answers.

I will reiterate, that IW has promised to give me no spin answers, and if he cannot answer fully, will not make any answers up.

Lets put this to bed once and for all.

My question is why Plus Net representatives like Ian Wild feel unable to post on this board, but are happy to get others to act as their messenger? Isn't that a case of double standards?

Yes I may be a messenger, however if it helps 1 person or potential customer, i will get a warm fuzzy feeling inside

Fair enough. However, I hope you understand that as a current customer I find it ridiculous that Plus Net choose not to come here and interact with me but are quite happy to have long fireside chats with non customers.

Anyway, I look forward to the open and honest answers, without any porkies, hype or misinformation in due course.

I think is because i am on the other side, and the facts as to why they lost me as a customer, that could possibly be the reason.

I ain't on a mission to crucify Plusnet, i genuinely want to help them. If people post in this thread all well and good, if they don't they have missed their chance.

I'm confused, Ged... Didn't you run this same thread a few weeks ago? Are you starting afresh?

Is it because
1) They have traditionally been good at making up fairy stories
2) They have a senior management team that smacks of the brothers Grimm
3) Many think of them as a wolf in sheeps clothing
4) they actually believe that customers think fairy tales have happy endings
5) they have a marketing director who appears to pop up every now and again like the proverbial genie. oops sorry that's Pantomime - nice link though eh ;-)
