But I think you need to be veeery careful. As you have seen from our recent exchange IW can say anything he likes put it into your mouth, get the qudos and let you take the flack when none of it happens.

Chanel is right if IW wants questions, let him come here himself, get them answer them and take the flack when he does none of them.

Why is Ian Wild wasting his time answering questions put to him by people who are not even plusnet customers??? He doesnt need to answer to them, and nor do plusnet. He would be better off spending his time doing his job, and helping plusnet customers than pandering to this bunch of crusaders who will never be happy. Its rediculous.

IW obviously does worry what customers, ex and present have to say, otherwise the oppurtunity would not have been made available.

Afterall, if Plusnet would have kept their old customers happy they wouldn't have left.

If you would like me to abandon this please tell me, it will save my time and IW's.
