Sorry i disagree, we are been given a chance to ask awkward questions, Plusnet would probably not return when there is so much anger on here (if thats the right word)

I asked for serious questions and although i know it was not mean't i have been told I am been used. Guys I am with the most vocal of you, i want Plusnet to sort themselves out.

Lets have a crack, if I am been used, you can shout it from the rooftops, I will ask Mr Saffron to make it front page news, and i will buy u all a beer.

Perhaps read the whole post. The part about what a manager at PN should be doing is relevant.

I believe, as IW has said in the past, this forum is important to PN. That being the case you are not doing anyone any favours in acting as a go between. PN being making their own promises is what is required. Secondhand interpretations will not move things forward.

AFAIK Plusnet will be making a database of questions and answers for use on the protal, PUG, Plusnetters etc. This has to benefit their present and future customers.

Now pull the other one. PN reps have been reading this board. They know what customers have been asking, and what the complaints are (and very much the same as you will read on the PN and PUG forums). If they cannot compile their database from that then they are seriously lacking.

And why answer here, through a mouthpiece, why not spend the time writing some answers to the guys and gals on their own forums!
