Why don't Plus.net just come back now instead of a

Why don't Plus.net just forget the whole Marco thing and come back on here instead of lurking and sending PM's to certain individuals?

We know that they still post on the Metronet forum so thay can hardly say that they are unhappy with the moderation of the AG forums otherwise they would have left this place completely?

We know that they still lurk on this particular forum even though they are forbidden to post by Marco but the problem with doing that is that it now makes things look more clandestine than it really is and is hardly a good advertising for an "Open and Honest" ISP.

A lot of innuendo can be taken from not posting openly rather than using certain posters here to pass messages or hints onwards to the masses.

Whilst it is not compulsory that Plus.net and particular IW (who seems to be mentioned a lot in this forum lately) to post here again it would clear up a lot of misunderstandings, especially about why he had agreed to let Ged go on a mini crusade with the questions.

Any manager worth his salt would be able to use other means of gathering the same data rather than using a small majority whilst ignoring the larger percentage of their customers, say a 5% AG forum users to 95% non AG forum users split?

All I am saying is that it's getting ridiculous with all this secrecy going on..

If anyone has something important to say, I would hope that they would post it on here and get it out in the open.

Edit: What got to me was when someone mentioned earlier this year after the Plus.net withdrawal, that some Plus.net staff were being threatened with disciplinary action for secretly helping out on here even when they were doing so in their own time...

If someone needs help, surely you can see beyond the politics and that a customer needing help is the priority?

So you are basically saying that Plus.net won't return to these forums?

Given the fact that they "never left" so to speak tells me that there is still a possibility of a return..

People such as Rsharma who used to post about their experiences on here have already said that they won't be posting on here anymore as there is nothing that they haven't already said already so Plus.net hardly need to feel threatened by the questioning on here?

The place seems to have calmed down a lot and people who have been having problem have been referred to the other Plus.net related forums so this isn't the same manic place as it was just prior to the withdrawal by Plus.net..

Its a referral-based business and they're a mess. From reading various forums it seems there are still huge problems with support. If they came back this forum would get swamped with angry customers who would mix with the angry ex-customers. How would you like your PN rep? Flame-grilled?

I think they are planning on coming back to AG, hence the IW questions. I don't think they'll be able to satisfy the majority of questions asked of them, so they'll stick around for a bit, take lots of flak, write lots of spin, moan about the flak, then upsticks and complain bitterly about the grief they get on here. The tea leaves tell me they shouldn't bother returning until they can satisfy most of the questions asked of them.

Too much possiblity for them to lose face. The minute they do appear, if they do, the aforementioned rsharma plus pr100 and the rest of the gang will be back here faster than a fly to a dog turd. What will Plusnet be able to do then, stick it out and get a load of abuse or leave and get a load of abuse. A clear lose-lose situation.

They might come back in a year or two but personally I doubt it.

Hi , i also think they wont be coming back anytime soon.

I believe they are about to be purchased by someone judging by the hike in the share price.

Nothing else can explain the sudden reversal of the share price in my opinion.

If you was a PlusNet CS rep would you come back on this forum and take the abuse levied on them before?

Thats on the whole a misconception though. If Plusnet staff were trained properly they would realise that the level of abuse was aimed at PN and not themselves personally. The only reason they were called liars was because Plusnet didn't have a proper line of communication across support, and changed its policies so often. So when they said something to someone on day and something completely different the next they'd be called liars. It still wasn't personal abuse though, they just chose to interpret it that way because the level of training and professionalism was so poor.

People have a right to be annoyed when the level of service is poor.

I promised to stop posting to this forum for the time being and would appreciate you leaving me out of your personal attacks. In all the time I posted here I was never rude to the staff or attacked them. Even on the portal forum I behaved in a professional manner and didn't create uproar when I left. Both IW and JB also communicate with me via PM and only last night I received an extensive reply from IW to my communication which in turn proves that I was never the cause of their withdrawal or should be attacked here by you repeatedly.

When I have made a post here I have always discussed PN as a company and I do not agree with many issues and stated the same. I don't take threads OT and try and stay civil with all. I would request you do the same in return, no more, or exclude me from your constant inaccurate and inflammatory posts.
