If there are any reps here

[link to this post]

Just in case there are any reading this, I am having severe problems with my speed again. 9 times out of 10 if I turn on my computer, I`ll have to reboot my router before I can get online. Then it doesnt always connect right away. Then when it does connect it takes 10 minutes for a page to appear. I`m not prepared to raise a ticket about this again, and go through the same 100 questions I had to go through last time to try and get it sorted. If things dont improve in the next 2 or 3 days, I will be migrating out, and I will be taking my referrals with me. I`ve perservered, and given you time to sort things out, but the service just now sucks to be honest. Just letting you know.

Hi Footys,

The PlusNet staff regularly visit the PUG site at http://usergroup.plus.net/forum/index.php/board,20.0.html and will almost certainly respond to you there.

Good luck...

I don't seem to be getting responses any more... maybe they're ignoring me or something, or just don't know how to fix the many problems that their service has...

Holidays, adjusted shift patterns, moving buildings and a number of key problems over the past few weeks has kept the majority of the reps away from the PUG forums. Hopefully now the move is over and some of the big problems have been fixed, and a few holidays are over you should start to see them posting again.

I must add that the network team have been very active on PUG in relation to the LLU disconnect investigations recently.
