Disconnections

Hi. For the last month or two i've been again experiencing random disconnections. There's no exact schedule of when they happen. The connection just drops whenever it feels like. Today for example, Dropped every 5 mins from 12:34 (when i connected) til 1:33pm. Since then i've had no dropouts so far to the time of this post. Last week or the week before, i changed my filters, changed over to my replacement voyager 105 modem and changed my rj11 cable over and these have not helped this time. In the past I've had disconnections but a simple change of a piece of hardware has resolved the issues but this time it has not helped. My exchange status is Red and i am noticing slowdow in speed but will this cause my connection to drop?

I've changed all my equipment and now i'm at a loss. My attenuation at this time is 58 and my SNR is 19. On a 1mb connection.

Any help and suggestions will be most welcome.
