The smart money says that those ISPs will move with times like any other ISP have been doing it and still delivering what they promise. It doesn't mean they will revert to PN's antics. You stated that PN's PAYG package is unbeatable to which I disagree wholeheartedly, not only on price and delivery but also the ISPs principles or lack thereof.
