Yes I'm suddenly getting:

Forbidden

This is a problem that we are currently aware of and working to resolve as soon as possible.

We expect to have webmail back up and running around 6pm.

Yep same here...

Accessed mail via mail2web.com and have received an email as follows, have used mail2web for a few years works pretty well so rarely use the pn webmail
