Are there going to be different number for Metronet, or does the one just go into a menu (not for me, but I know 3 home and 2 business users that I can think of and having just checked the Metronet website, see only one geographic). Thanks.

(I don't plan to call, as I don't have a MN account, but just wanted the facts in case I am asked... having seen another service aiming to answer calls in 30 seconds on a freephone number, giving an upstream well over 500 kbps, and all for under 25 quid, I can see some may be tempted away!)

LOL. When there's txtspk as well as full sentences, on the web in general, and these BBS articles aren't going to be online forever, it isn't top concern, I'd have thought.

Metronet's had a single 0114 number since support moved to Sheffield (before that it had an 020 number), there is then a menu to divert the calls to the appropriate people.
