cancelling plusnet help

[link to this post]

I am a student who no longer wants BB at my student address has I have now completed my course and will be moving back home. I am wanting to cancel my BB with plusnet and was wondering if there is an easy way to cancel via there website. I sent them an e-mail a couple of days ago but I have only had an automated responce. Anybody got any step by step instructions has there is nothing on there site that jumps out at me on how to cancel.
Thanks.

Hi there.

If you visit help.plus.net and log in, you will see our help and support section.

This is also available on the top menu bar on any of our portal pages.

From there select

Customer Services and Billing

Account management

Cancel my product

I hope that helps. If you have any further queries just shout

Mark works for Plusnet so I'm sure he will look into this for you if you can give the ticket number.

Hi there.

The 30 days notice starts when you raise your request, not when we process it, so you'll have no problems there.

If you'd like to PM me with your username or a ticket ID I'll gladly take a look at this for you.
