I`m leaving!!!

Just wanted to say thanks to all the reps and users that have helped me with problems in the past. Only going because I`ve been seduced by the offer of free broadband by another company. Been really happy with Plusnet in the 2 years that I`ve been with them.

I get your point but virtually the same, or better, products are now available for much less than is currently being paid.

The "free" providers are really pulling in the punters.

I am planning to move to Be there because they can provide me higher speeds and their support seems to be good. All of that at a lower price I am currently paying.

BE is hard (impossible) to beat if your exhange is BE LLU'd. No sign of mine being done though

where is your exchange?
My exchange been delayed again to this month but gods knows the exact date. I phoned Be up and a polish chap blamed BT for the delays but couldnt give me an exact date.
