Looks like a confused mix of multiple headlines and news stories. On a website that's pretty shoddy.

There are two stories in there though..

Firstly, BT paid 67 Million for PlusNet.

Secondly, BT made a deal with Disney to supply certain content over their BT Vision platform.

Both are old and have nothing to do with each other though.
